The villa, built in June 2016, is in a new gated secure community, and is set over 435m2 and 2 levels with a 10m private pool. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one master on the second level and two bedrooms on the ground level by the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, laundry, sound system, and a 49" Samsung Smart TV. We can arrange several services for you in the villa based on availability at extra costs. These include high quality spa treatments, a private chef to come cook any meal for you, a private driver (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaker upon availability), and an experienced and certified yoga instructor. In addition, our host can also help with cooking classes, babysitting services, surf classes, diving and snorkeling and fishing tours, and other local activities. Just ask us for recommendations! :) • Layout with separate bedrooms for total privacy in each bedroom. Perfect for family or group of friends. • For larger groups we can assist on accommodation in similar villas in the same complex • Closed AC living room and kitchen with garden views • Kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to enjoy cooking and gathering. There are also great restaurants nearby and we often dine out for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. If you would prefer full or partial catering, this can be provided at an additional cost. We can arrange also free food delivery from the near restaurants. Just ask your host in advance. Jimbaran is a tranquil and traditional Balinese fishing village, not heavily commercialised like some areas are. The beach can be almost deserted during the day, but comes alive with locals and visitors in the afternoon and into the evening. • Bali is called the “Island of the Gods”. Get out and about and experience it. • Driving is easy with a bit of common sense. We prefer to rent a car. Just ask your host and she can advise on some options without a driver or with a driver for all or some of the days of your stay. Having a private driver is recommended for long day trips. • Bluebird Taxis are available everywhere. They are reliable, metered and low cost. You can book a taxi by calling them directly or via loading their app onto your phone. Bluebird Taxis are so convenient that it is not worth bothering with people offering “transport” and risk being scammed. • Subject to bookings, we are happy to allow early check-in and/or late check out. Garden and pool maintenance included. • Note that Indonesia requires a passport valid for more than 6 month to allow entrance to the country. Also Ketut arsarna body works yoga studio in Jalan Hanoman a brief walk away... My villa is nestled amongst the community homes and all the families are very friendly... There are day spas close by and many many restaurants... For cultural events you only need to walk through 2 lanes to enjoy the night time kecak fire dance.... The villa ensures privacy for your enjoyment like your very own home ..... My staff Komang and Ketut will be at the villa daily to ensure you are comfortable and happy preparing your breakfasts making beds, tending the garden, pool and cleaning.... Everything is within walking distance. Being right in the heart of ubud you can walk nearly everywhere. No need for a car as everything is within five minutes walk so you can feel very safe during the day and during the night. If you want to go on a day trip my staff can organise a driver to take you sightseeing to all the favourite spots if you like..
