Small well appointed kitchen with dual microwave oven, fridge, toaster, variety of pots and pans with tableware etc. Shower room and toilet, towels provided. Wifi, TV, DAB, central heating. There is a small sofa/sofabed (not suitable for adults to sleep on).

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

A perfect place for your break away, with private parking!

Higher Brook Shepherd's Hut

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from.
