Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

Our newly refurbished cosy cottage is located in the quiet village of Pinchbeck. Within walking distance there are 2 shops, butchers, Chinese takeaway, chip shop, pub and a lovely garden centre with an exceptional cafe. Our cottage has a fully functioning kitchen equipped with all the essentials including a washer/dryer. We have a double bed and sofa bed in the lounge so can comfortably sleep 4 adults and a fully enclosed garden patio with seating. Maximum 1 pet per stay. Has a ring doorbell.

The Firkin Lodge

The Firkin Lodge offers a one-bedroom apartment in a quiet village, with a living room with a pull out sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a balcony with garden views and a fully equipped kitchen. The lodge features air-conditioning, free WI-FI, a hot tub and free on-site private parking. Additional amenities include a coffee machine, microwave and TV. The Firkin Lodge is situated right next to 'The Blue bell Inn' which offers fresh home cooked meals, local beers and a great selection of drinks.
