Let the sun pour into this charming stone house that's been in the same family for over 200 years. It's been newly and stylishly renovated with modern furniture and the latest conveniences, yet still has reminders of its old world heritage. Apartment is situated by the Northern part of the Old Town Dubrovnik. It is on the slope and because of this it has magnificent view and lot of sun. Thanks to its central location, everything is within an easy two minute walk, to include shops, cafés, terraces, beaches, the Old Town Harbour, but still in quiet area which provides calm and relaxing haven. This beautiful stone house that has been a home to our family for more then 2 centuries was just renovated this year, carefully designed, taking into account functionality and comfort. Thanks to its central location, everything is within an easy two minute walk, to include shops, cafés, terraces, beaches, the Old Town Harbour but still in quit area which provides calm and relaxing haven after exploring the remnants of Dubrovnik’s rich history. Apartment consists of 2 floors which are connected with internal stone stairs. On the first floor is beautiful bedroom with bathroom while on the second floor is nicely decorated living room and kitchen where you will find all necessary appliances including dishwasher. We strive to provide all necessary amenities to our guests such as air-condition in all the rooms, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, satellite tv, WI-FI internet and sound-proof windows.We can provide baby cot as well as per your request. We are pleased to welcome you as our guests and will do our best to ensure that your holiday will be beautiful and unforgettable. We will be at your disposal for any queries you might have. Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.
