Nestled down a private road, enjoy a lovely waterfront home with sweeping 180 degree views of Potter’s Pond. Newly renovated and meticulously decorated. Unwind and relax on the back deck watching the extensive variety of birds and breathtaking sunsets. Spend your days exploring the pond in kayaks or try your hand at clamming, steps from the house. Located 1 mile from East Matunuck Beach, 1 mile from Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball courts. Walking distance to the renowned Matunuck Oyster Bar.

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING.
