The apartment recently has been completely renovated. We are proud to have the status of the architectural monument. Only 500 meters from beach and seaside park. Twice around a corner is Square of Roses (Rožu Laukums). Nearby by walking distance are nice restaurants and culture objects such as concert hall, theater, museum etc.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor on one of the most famous streets of Liepaja - Uliha street. However, the windows of the apartment are facing the backyard, so guests will not be disturbed by street noise. The apartment is most comfortable for two guests, but if you don't mind sharing a room with friends or you are traveling with child, there is a sofa bed. Welcome!
