Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Close to Canandaigua, Cummings Nature Center, CMAC, and wineries/microbreweries. Short drive to Letchworth State Park and Victor

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

The Lakeview House in South Bristol

Just 5 miles from Bristol Mountain! Nestled in the Bristol Hills with stunning views of Canandaigua Lake. Near many hiking trails on state lands, or explore the acres of woods in our back yard. Enjoy the wineries, breweries, and all the other unique experiences offered in the Finger Lakes region. Then come home, build a campfire and enjoy incredible views from the lean-to, relax in the hot tub, or sit by the fireplace and watch a movie! You'll love your Lakeview vacation!

Cottage in Hemlock

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Fireplace, theater room, & fully equipped kitchen

Enjoy this newly renovated home nestled in a private cul-de-sac with the town park with playground and walking trails literally in your back yard. Lots to do to have fun—swim in the in-ground pool, make teams for a foosball tournament, gather around the table to play board games, watch a movie in the theater room, or snuggle up by the fire and enjoy a quiet night in. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the grill on the back patio.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Peaceful location that is close to Rochester and Canandaigua as well as Bristol Mountain for skiing or viewing foliage. Tranquility at your fingertips. The pool is generally open from Memorial weekend until Labor day weekend. The last day the pool will be heated for 2025 is September 27th.
