The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

The Garden Room - Sunbury Upon Thames

Relax in this modern, calm, stylish space, a new addition integral to our family home. Parking on road. The living area has a very comfortable sofa bed. We are 12 mins walk from Sunbury Main line train station with trains direct to London or short bus ride to Feltham station with fast trains to London Waterloo. Close to Heathrow airport, Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, Twickenham, BP village. 10 minutes walk from the village with good pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to Kempton Park.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
