Being home is The Kitchie Kottage. Family focus, all about the comforts of home. Conveniently located in Sciotoville just off 52 and 823. This cottage offers the comforts and feeling of home. Warm and inviting, 4/5 guests and your pet. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and WiFi provided. A small fenced back patio with dog run, along with a large open yard at the side to run. Direct access to downtown Portsmouth and Shawnee College. Minutes from everything within Scioto County and surrounding.

Just minutes from both SOMC and KDMC and 5 minutes from the historic downtown Boneyfiddle area, floodwall murals, Shawnee State University and the Ohio river. While it sits on the edge of the woods it is also conveniently located on St. Rt. 140 for quick access to locate commodaties. The cabin is surprisingly spacious. We believe you'll love our place.

Pa’s Place

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pa’s Place is named in honor of the man who once lived here & has Western decor to reflect his love of TV Westerns. The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all. There is Wifi plus antenna tv, VCR, dvd player, and Roku tv. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, & walk-in tub/shower, gas grill, & fire pit. And a small dog pen.

Welcome to Creekside Haven! Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).

Our loft has a separate entrance and private parking. We’ve created a cozy, elegant atmosphere with luxury bedding, LED fireplace, full internet connection, heat/air, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you'll need. The Kitchen features a full-sized gas range, air fryer, full size refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker with K-cup and a coffee pot.

The loft is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, Shawnee State University and Martings building. The loft is located on the second floor of the building which is only accessible by rear stairwell .
