The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

The American Eagle is a gorgeous unit with 2 bedrooms: one with twin beds and a master bedroom room furnished with one queen, full bath, hairdryer, tv with cable, and free wifi. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with pots and pans along with plates and cutlery. Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
