Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Very private and petit but centrally located with a 2 minute walk to the Greytown shops. Ideal for dining out or that morning brunch, with all restaurants and cafes within strolling distance. Perfect location for wedding 'bus pick ups' Although attached to the main house, you have your own separate entry to the apartment which is situated in lovely garden surrounds. There is plenty of off street parking and if you’re feeling energetic there are 2 bikes available.

A modern newly furbished studio adorned with the host's original artworks. A very quiet location with great views of the NZ bush and the Valley across to the Eastern hills. Riverstone is a new suburb with easy access off SH2. A lovely king sized bed awaits and queen sized sofa bed is available. Fast Wifi and a Smart TV with Netflix etc is free for guests. A simple breakfast is supplied free of charge (small cereal packets, toast, milk and coffee/tea).
