Edwin Cottage - Early 1900s Character Home

Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Welcome to this freshly painted and comfortable country cottage on our 150 acre farm only 20 minutes from Toowoomba & 10 minutes from Oakey. Main bedroom has a small deck to sit & enjoy view. The new kitchen & living area enjoys country views with fireplace, air-conditioning & smart TV with Foxtel. We breed dropers, have 2 alpacas and frequent sightings of koalas. Tenants have use of a fully self contained one bedroom unit with a queen bed & a sofa in the living area that can sleep 1 adult or 1-2 children. WiFi is available but there are no laundry facilities. A great place to stopover for weary travelers as we're just 7 mins from the Gore Hwy & the town of Southbrook. Ample parking. Complimentary tea & coffee.
