A charming apartment located within the Grade 1 listed Layer Marney Tower! This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. The beach is right outside our front door and a 15 min walk along it will take you to Southend sea front, with its many arcades and Adventure island. The 1 bedroom luxury apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, stylish wet room, 50" curved tv, free wifi and a log burner.

The Alvaros apartment is completely refurbished to a high standard and is based just a ten minute walk to Westcliff seafront where you can stroll along to towards Southend Pier and other attractions. The apartment is close to Westcliff Train Station and Hamlet Court Road where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is connected to Alvaros Fine Dining Portuguese Restaurant where guests staying can enjoy a 10% discount on meals and drinks (open Tuesday to Sunday evenings).

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Perfectly located in a peaceful haven, only a 5 minute walk to Maldon's high street with it's vast array restaurants, cafes and bars as well as many boutique shops. Beautiful walks from Maldon including Beeleigh falls. There is also the renowned Maldon Promenade to visit. Offering a self contained annexe split over two floors. Clean towels, fresh bed linen and toiletries are provided as well as a coffee machine, tea, sugar and milk, TV and WFI.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village.
