Internet available but spotty due to rural location. Large private hot tub and firepit surrounded by woods and corn! Firewood provided at no charge. Plus a new sauna when outside temps are above 40°F.

My husband and I live upstairs, our kids are gone to collage, but you will have your privacy with separate entrance.
