The Rock House is a 1940's giraffe rock duplex that we've renovated. Located in the historic downtown area, a country garden setting with an artistic vibe. Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Our spacious Penthouse Suite located on the 2nd story of the Gadd Spring Inn. This one bedroom Suite retains a lot of its original charm. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake.
