This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located in the quaint countryside village of Thorpe Market, on the grounds of a Grade 2 listed period property. This is a beautifully renovated and thoughtfully converted tiny escape: Bensley Snug. They say all good things come in small packages and that is exactly what you get with this property. Relax in this romantic setting, meander along country lanes, dip your toes in the sea and dine at the best sea-food restaurants around. Idilic bliss!

Mundesley Sea View

Lovely modern apartment enjoying a prime location on Mundesley seafront with a balcony overlooking the sea and just a 30 second walk from the fabulous award winning beach. Featuring vaulted ceilings, lounge with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom, wifi and private parking. The bedroom has a zip link bed so can be set up as either a twin OR double room, the additional sleeping arrangement is the double sofa bed in the lounge (we will provide the bedding). travel cot & highchair available on request.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

The Gatehouse

Enjoy a peaceful break in this compact, stylish space, ideally located just minutes away from the north Norfolk coast. Nestled within the 2 acre garden of an elegant Regency house, The Gatehouse is a wonderful country retreat. The timber vaulted bedroom contains a double bed and sitting area, with wonderful views through its large sash windows. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a patio area and the garden beyond, and there is a well-appointed modern shower room. EV charging is available.

Fernhill is a peaceful and stunning home, offering a comfortable stay for up to 13. Located in the hamlet of Felbrigg, the house boasts 5 double bedrooms, a social area, sun terrace and lots more. Situated in a unique woodland setting, the home provides wonderful views of the surrounding nature. With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Brick Kiln Cottage, beautiful luxury rural retreat

Charming Rowan Cottage Southrepps

Escape to this peaceful family retreat. Soak in the hot tub or curl up with a book in the bright conservatory. With a king-size, a double, and two singles, there’s room for everyone. The games room offers fun for all ages—whether it’s little ones playing or older guests on the PlayStation 4. Your four-legged friends are welcome too, with up to three dogs staying free. After a day of relaxing, stroll to the excellent local pub for a meal or drink.

Cosy Cottage by the Sea with Large Garden

A five-minute walk from Overstrand beach, our two-bedroom cottage is the perfect place to stay for families, couples, or a small group of friends looking to make the most of the North Norfolk coast. Whilst you can be parked up in Cromer town centre within 10 minutes, the location and large gardens allow for a peaceful and relaxing break away from all of the usual holidaymaker hustle and bustle.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 15 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
