The upper part of the garage is an unfinished space that is the game room, full of fun! 4 Kayaks & 2 stand-ups. A dock on the creek. Each bedrm & LR have their own TV's. Fully stocked kitchen, kids dishes, high chair. pack-n-play. Spike Ball, Cornhole, Bocce ball and 4-way volleyball are at the property for you to use as well.

It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands w/complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with the tranquil & relaxing sound of nature's chorus.

On this private, all-sports lake, outside watercrafts are not allowed per county guidelines but we offer two kayaks for use during your stay. A/C is available from Memorial Day through September. Grand Rapids is within an hour’s drive — with museums, Frederick Meijer Gardens , and activities such as ax throwing and Fowling.
