The apartment was built in 2023 and is located on the first floor of our home. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof liegen sieben Autominuten entfernt, die Bushaltestelle nur zwei Gehminuten. Auch das vielseitige Skigebiet ist bequem zu erreichen.

Our beautiful home is located right above the harbor of the lovely village of Spiez. Near the house lies a quiet park through which the train station and the local town can be reached within 5 walking minutes. The harbor with access to the lake and different restaurants is also very close and only a few minutes away. There are so many things to do in the region - and Spiez is the ideal spot to start! Interlaken with all its activities is reachable by train in not more than 20 min.

***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.
