Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

Oliva - Cool loft studio

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

It is located in the center, by the sea - next to the main promenade of the city. You can use the free Wi-Fi. The harbor, train station, bus station, stadium, palace and the beaches are located not far from the accommodation. "Pazar" - the old daily market place is 7- 10 minutes walk. Fresh fruits, vegetables and other food, plus supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are there. You can easily make a daily trip to the islands, or some other near-by towns.
