Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Stunning waterfront villa with kayaks and SUPS!

Harbour View is a beautiful 2 bedroom house that sleeps up to 6 people in the stunning bay of Bobovisca Na Moru on the island of Brac. The house is in the front row to the sea just a few steps from the beach and incredibly clear waters of the bay. There are 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 kayaks at the house so you can hit the water as soon as you arrive. The house has been renovated in recent years to a high standard (including a new kitchen in 2022) and has a very large terrace for relaxing on.
