The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. We are 3 miles from Gonzaga University and 5 miles from Whitworth University. Our home features cozy a living room with fireplace, a TV/game room with queen bunkbed, outdoor hot tub, gas fire pit, and BBQ. We are just a short walking distance to Audobon Park, local restaurants, and breweries. Come enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest with us!

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

There is a shop to secure your vehicles, and a fully fenced yard with a 6 foot fence to keep your babies and fur babies corralled. Enjoy your stay!
