This home is located about 35 minutes from downtown San Antonio. There are many parks and river access areas near the house. It's a great place to bike and run with awesome hills and flats. Great local restaurants and bars nearby and within a short drive.

The Hilltop Stop

The Hilltop Stop is centrally located. Just 30 min to Austin/ San Antonio, 10 min to Blanco/Canyon Lake. The famous Guadalupe River is just down the road. Also close by are the amazing wineries, distilleries, breweries and many wedding venues that have been popping up all over the Hill Country. Some of the oldest dance halls in the state are just minutes away. The owners do live on the property and are there if needed. It is the perfect stop to catch your breath before your next Texas excursion.

We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.

Enjoy a serene 10 acres all to yourself, nestled 15 minutes from Wimberley and Canyon Lake, 1 mile off of the scenic Devil's Backbone highway. The Haybale Cabin is truly a retreat away from the city and the routine, yet a short drive to restaurants and the scenic attractions of the hill country. It has amazing views down the canyon from the outside fire pit, and the cabin’s eco hay bale construction is unique and keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Our cozy one room cabin is tucked away in a peaceful wooded area, accompanied by the sounds of a running creek just out front. This spot is a great place to relax and unplug from the busyness of life. Enjoy a stroll or hike alongside the creek, plop some chairs in the water and take in the sounds of nature. Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.
