Enjoy our spacious Casita in the heart of the hill country with beautiful views, a pool, and hot tub. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood with regular wildlife visitors such as deer, a little fox, cardinals, hummingbirds, butterflies and more. We are right off Hwy 281, just 5 minutes from the Guadalupe River, less than an hour from Fredericksburg (known for it’s wineries), and 30 minutes from San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Boerne. We think it’s the perfect location!

We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
