This beautiful craftsman style house is over 110 years old and still has all the original woodwork making it cozy and inviting. It is also tastefully decorated with art and antique furniture giving it a very unique and boutique feel. Because the house is perfectly situated between downtown and Washington Park it is ideal for those doing business in the city center or tourists visiting the historic sites. This historic home has the charm of the old house with the new Modern style set up. It is 3 mins drive from downtown Springfield. Within 5 mins drive to the medical district and the historical sites. This basement unit offers a full-sized memory foam mattress with a private bathroom. 55” TV. A dedicated work space, a romantic dining area. It has microwave, coffee machine,toaster and portable stove,front-load Samsung washer & dryer. (Washer & dryer are shared with main floor unit guests!)

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home in the heart of the medical district. I have designed this home specifically to be an Airbnb. It would be ideal for the visiting travel nurse or doctor or someone wanted to see the Lincoln sites. Within 1 mile of the home are two springfield hospitals, the state capital building, Lincoln’s Tomb, the presidential library and museum, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and many other places of business.

Your front yard is Pasfield Park Golf Course in a unique country setting only five minutes from downtown and the State Capitol. Please note that we do not currently allow unauthorized invite parties or gatherings of non-registered guests of any sort. This rule is not meant to preclude HOST pre-authorized visitors such as family and friends.
