The house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The living area is open and sunny with a big kitchen. There is plenty of parking for recreational trailers. Come enjoy a rewarding climb up Katahdin or grab a book and read on the deck.

Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

Rustic Cabin with Plenty of parking

Cabin is a blend of nature, a rustic design and made for a simple and affordable stay. Well water has been tested for safety. Shower has great pressure. Lots of parking for vehicles and trailers. Bring sleeping bags and blankets as the slab floor keeps the property cool. We have a propane heater if you would like to bring a tank. There is also a grill on site to use. Water could have an odor, particularly in the shower, due to sulphur. It's worse when water isn't used for several days

However if you are uncomfortable with hunting camp atmosphere this may Not be the place for you.

This is the perfect location for a family vacation or business/working people who travel and have temporary assignments lasting one week to several months. Cabins are 10 minutes to Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln and 40 minutes to EMMC in Bangor. Weekly & Monthly Rates.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
