Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, and a paved yard in a front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building. House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

Apartment on the second floor of a newly renovated 600 year old house. It is located 200 meters from the Golden gate (main entrance of the ancient Roman palace). You can take a 15 minute walk to the nearest beache or you could also take a bus. The famouse park-forest Marjan is also near by. There is more than enough restaurants and bars not even a minute or two away! If you are looking for good time, or some peace and quiet, here You will definitely find both!
