Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! A Mountain View Chalet - Whiteface Mt, Lake Placid

A Mountain View Chalet is nestled on the wooded hillside of Juniper Hill in Wilmington, NY. The chalet has a spectacular view of and short drive to Whiteface Mountain. This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Saranac River Ranch - Farm Stay

Moving into the Spring season here on farm. Time for the Goats to be kidding and planting the veggies in the high tunnel. Plenty of great trails to hike and biking on the rail trail and the opening of the Pendragon Theatre downtown. The Saranac River Ranch is located on a 25 acre farm and cold pressed juicery. You can have access to farm fresh breakfast packages, local food and healthy juices during your stay - you may even choose to do one of our popular juice cleanses while you're here!

McKenzie Mtn Way Chalet

Beautiful location in Bloomingdale with views of Whiteface Mtn and the McKenzie Mtn Range. You and your family and friends can enjoy the secludedness from your busy lives while sitting next to a campfire in the large fire pit in the yard. Located only 10 min from Saranac Lake, 20 min to Lake Placid, and 30 min to Whiteface Mtn., our home offers many close by outdoor activities and experiences (hiking, biking, boating, swimming, downhill and x-country skiing, skating, sledding, dog sleds, etc)

Comfortable apt. in its own building on 50+ wooded acres near Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Whiteface Mtn. Miles of walking trails. Great road biking. Large, private screened porch; Tempurpedic queen bed; full kitchen, big LR & cozy recliners. We now have covered parking for one car! We are only 20 minutes from Whiteface ski area and nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as lakes and rivers for swimming and paddling. There are trails on the property for walking and snowshoeing.

Exterior amenities include fire pit, deck, parking, access to Saranac River & forested trails amidst 100 acre wooded preserve. Bring canoe/kayak & launch on Saranac River at our 16 acre lot across the street!

The Tiny ~ Not So Tiny

A unique modern, eco-friendly built home. Voted top ten most unique places to stay in the Adirondacks by NYupstate. This two bedroom house is great for a small family or just a couple. Just perfect! Located just minutes outside of the Village LP and SL. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium ( 20 to 40 lbs; 15 to 20 inches tall) well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. Village Cottage-Walk to Downtown/Rail Trail

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the rail trail and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

Camp Shepard

This is a charming house built in 1920 right in Saranac Lake. It gives a campy feeling of being nestled in the woods. There are views of Lake Flower and its boat launch from the wrap around porch or patio. In the heart of the Adirondacks, and just 8 miles from Lake Placid, after hiking, boating, fishing, canoeing, or just exploring come home and relax in this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a large kitchen, dining and living room or have a nice family cookout from the bbq.

The Library at Camp Arden

Do you love books enough to sleep with them? Step into the Library at Camp Arden, furnished with one-of-a-kind antiques and collectibles. Curl up with your favorite book and take in the light of antique stained glass and the sounds of the Adirondacks gently wafting through the window.
