The coast path is 5 minutes from us and a 10 minute walk will bring you to a secluded beach (via 200 steps). Sit awhile and spot the resident seal patrolling! Accommodation accessed via stairs. Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.

Periwinkle is a cosy harbourside cottage in Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.
