It’s close to walking/cycling routes along old china clay trails too, & not far from The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens Of Heligan, plus famous Harbour villages:- Mevagissey, Charlestown, Fowey & Looe, with their abundance of eateries & artisan craft shops. The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Situated in Mid Cornwall, Birdsong Lodge is a traditional open plan log cabin, hidden away in a private location, surrounded by trees and shrub borders, creating a secluded ‘away from it all’ atmosphere. Our romantic Railway Carriage ‘Mr McGregor’ which looks over a carp lake for a getaway or short stay. The carriage has a full sized double bed, ensuite shower and toilet, electric hob, fridge freezer and cosy log burner. Outside is a sun drenched decking and your own private log fired hot tub. Lit up in the evening with solar festoon lighting. There are beautiful local beaches , 15 minutes from the Eden project, 5 mins from the A30 taking you to Padstow, Newquay and other local attractions

Take a stroll to the beach to take in the sunset within five minutes of your doorstep, with two beaches, great pubs, and fantastic restaurants nearby. Famous for filming of Poldark and Pirates of the Caribbean, the harbour is rich in history and character. Perfect for couples, families, and friends, with stunning coastal walks on your doorstep.

Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

The Little Barn

The Little Barn is located on the historic Saints Way in the quiet hamlet of Kilhallon. It's split-level accommodation features an open-plan living room and kitchen/dining area with a double bedroom and shower room. There is a garden and patio area to enjoy, with onsite parking. An EV charger is also available. Local attractions nearby include the Eden Project, the Harbour towns of Fowey and Charlestown and the Saints Way itself which is popular with walkers.
