A Floating Cottage in the Canal! Enjoy this fabulous live-aboard boat, featuring a full bunk and single bunk below, a couch, and a fold-out couch. Kids and adults love it! There are two parking spots outside the fence, a short walk across a lovely green lot to the boat in the water. You’re a short drive to downtown New Baltimore and restaurants along Jefferson. I lived aboard this boat at the Detroit Yacht Club, so fun! There's a full toilet, hot shower, stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Enjoy!

Minutes from Partridge & Lakeside Malls on Hall Road, easy access to I-94, M-59 & M-53, 30 minutes to downtown Detroit, 15 minutes to downtown Rochester, very spacious house with a loving dog (hypoallergenic cavapoo). Our guest bedroom is upstairs with a shared bathroom next to the room. We also rent out three other bedrooms in the house with a private bathroom in the basement, along with kitchen, dining, and living area (with television) in the basement that can be used.
