The Folly - Cornwall

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

The Boat House, Carbis Bay, St Ives

Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double at £10 pppn). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.

Clarice's Cabin in Heart of Rural Cornish Village

Clarice's Cabin is a comfortable small home, looking out across our garden. It has its own securely separated outside seating area. In the cabin's open plan space there is a comfy double bed with 100% cotton bedding a 2 seater settee, table and chairs, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Accessed from the main room is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and flush toilet. There is a fan for hot days and an oil filled electric heaters for those cooler evenings.

It boasts a relaxing & tranquil south facing garden for you to kick back & fully relax in your own private space. It is located in equal distance from the famous Fistral Beach out front & the stunning River Gannel - adjoining Crantock Beach, to the rear. Both can be reached within a 2 minute walk - you just need to decide!

The village church is 25 meters away, a Londis convenience store is located just across the road and within walking distance from the local bar & kitchen
