Tree House #1 - "High Hope" with Hot Tub!

This is a one of a kind luxury treehouse that sits 20' in the air just a stone throw from the beautiful Sayersbrook lake on Spring Lake Ranch. The guests will sleep in a loft which has a California king-- you will be able to see the stars above you and the beautiful nature and lake in front of you from your bed. Private hot tub on the lower deck. There are stairs to climb so this is not suitable for small children or anyone who has medical issues with climbing a ladder to the lofted bedroom.

You’ll stay a short drive from several surrounding conservation sites. Bring your fishing pole and kayak! End your day relaxing by the fire pit and watching the sunset on the lake. The Caamp located directly across the road from The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing and Pebble Creek provides a close and convenient place to stay along with a breath taking view of the upper Coffman valley. The Caamp is also very close to Chaumette and Charleville. If outdoor adventure is what you seek The Caamp serves as a great landing zone to explore nearby attractions like Pickle Springs and Hawn State Park. The Den at Dittmer Hollow

Explore 10 acres or wind down on the deck before relaxing in the *NEW* hot tub. The cabin inside has a very minimalistic design featuring on the first floor an electric fireplace, air conditioner, table, refrigerator, leather futon couch, kitchenette with a hand crank water pump sink, axe throwing and porta-potty bathroom.

Sassafras Creek Cabin

Historic log cabin circa 1840 moved to property June 2020. Take a step back in time with furniture and decor to match the cabin’s time period. Located between two houses in newly formed Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park. It is a 10 minute walk to the main part of downtown and other historic tour sites. Adjoins Early American gift shop called Sassafras Creek Originals which is housed in the circa 1850 Brooks house. Close to wineries, biking and hiking.
