Just a little over 2 hrs to Detroit and 2.5 hrs to Chicago, only 40 minutes to Shipshewana In, the heart of Amish county. Close to some great biking trails. There are 4 kayaks for your use during your stay 3 singles & 1 double.

This is a great option for Notre Dame home games as the cottage is only 40 minutes from ND. It is also a short 15 minutes from Shipshewana and all the attractions there (The MEC, Bluegate, and the flea market). The sweet town of Middlebury is also just 10 minutes away which is where you can find the Das Dutchman EssenHaus and other Amish attractions.

Forest Glade is a beautiful cabin tucked away in the wooded hills of Sturgis, MI. Completely private and thoughtfully furnished, you'll love what our home offers. On the main floor is an open kitchen/living area that's filled with natural light, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom, and another half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms with twin over full bunks in both rooms, a full bathroom, and an open loft with a sitting area.

Cozy two bedroom cottage with a view. Deck right off living room to enjoy the view of the lake. Paddle boat, row boats, paddle boards and kayaks provided. Lake trampoline also. Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.
