This home is situated on 176 acres in a springtime maple syrup bush with beautiful towering maples and sap lines throughout. Feel free to enjoy the trails with your dog or bring your bicycle to go riding. Relax in the quiet yard that is a mix of sun and shade in the day or sit by the fire in the open firepit in the evening. The large screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy a meal or sit and play games. In the winter, bring your snowmobile and access the Snowmobile Trail from our property.

Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. A charming pine cottage right on Lake Huron. Located in an area of fascinating history and enjoyment on the water. Fabulous kayak destinations right outside the door. Have breakfast on the dock or at your private deck table with seating for six. Plenty of space at the dock to tie up your watercraft with boat launching right next door at Kensington Point Marina. The cottage water is fully filtered through an Ultra Violet light source which makes it 100% pure and drinkable out of the tap.
