As shown, the apartment is equipped with 2-flat screen Smart TVs with basic cable and use of our free Netflix streaming service while you lodge with us. It also includes central air-conditioning, Wi-Fi wireless internet, complete kitchen essentials, 1-set of bedding and 2-sets of towels and a protected bed mattress. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The apartment is always pre-cleaned and stocked with complimentary travel-sized supplies and ready for arrivals 24/7/365. A mandatory weekly cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for guest who stay beyond seven (7) calendar days in an effort to insure the apartment continues to meet our highest standards of quality and comfort.
