Pet-friendly, backing onto forest trails, and near Albury/Wodonga with its shops, restaurants and cinemas, as well as historical Yackandandah and Beechworth, it's a must for those who love to walk, run, bike, ski or simply explore or relax - like us!

Backyard bungalow near hospital

Our backyard offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Wodonga. The bungalow is cosy with its own bathroom and private courtyard where you can either hide from the world or use it as a base to explore the region. The enclosed backyard is safe for pets and small children. Please note that our place is popular with pet owners, and although I clean thoroughly, some guests have complained about a general smell of dogs. If you are sensitive to this, you may want to consider booking elsewhere.

Historic towns and villages such as Bright,Yackandandah, Beechworth, Chiltern, Milawa, Tangambalanga Tallangatta and Corryong are all within easy access. Rail trails for walking or cycling are nearby as is the Kiewa River and the Hume Weir for fishing and boating enthusiasts.

Bathroom features vanity cabinet with a stone bench top. shower and a front loading washing machine. Comfortable lounge with leather couches & efficient antique fire. Beautiful garden of diverse trees leads to a large olive grove. Sheep and Cattle, fresh local olive oil & marinated olives &fresh herbs & seasonal fruit or vegies. A foodies retreat!

“The Stonebridge Studio” is a beautifully sited self-contained studio/unit close to Yackandandah’s heritage listed Stone Bridge and located at the bottom of the main street of this historic and serene township. Less than 10 metres from the main street, it offers easy walking access to pubs, eateries, art galleries and shops. Enjoy the rail and mountain bike trails close by, with everything else in Victoria’s famed North East just an easy drive away.

'The RiAD'

Welcome to the RiAD. RiAD is the name given to certain accommodation when traveling in Morocco. The RiAD is a quiet and comfortable townhouse within easy walking distance to the vibrant city centre of Wodonga.
