Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Antholz Obertal abseits des Dorfes in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Wir sind umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, die Sie zur Erholung einladen. Im Sommer ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere bewirtschafteten Almen und unsere schöne Bergwelt. Im Winter können Sie die perfekt präparierten Pisten in unserem Biathlonzentrum und auf dem schönen Skigebiet Kronplatz nutzen. Außerdem befinden sich auch noch zwei Rodelbahnen zu bewirtschafteten Hütten im Antholzertal.

Cesa del Panigas - IL NIDO

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. In the village of St. Jakob - Ahrntal, this rustic holiday home is part of a health farm where traditional and modern elements are combined and which lies 1200 m above sea level. The apartment, which can be booked all year round, has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 persons. The holiday apartment "Glocklechnhof Sonnenschein", which is situated in Steinhaus in Ahrntal/Valle Aurina, in South Tyrol, overlooks the surrounding mountains. The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

With a beautiful view of the mountains, the holiday apartment 'Silva Summit' is located in San Giovanni (St. Johann). The 69 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering space for 7 people (one of the bedrooms is furnished with a single bed). Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for your home office, satellite and cable TV, and a dryer.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Kordiler Haus

The Kordiler Haus is an original ancient tyrolean house, recently refurbished maintaining the same original structure and materials. A great charm place ! The area available is on two floors , all in stone and wood, with a huge window on the valley. It's equipped with original ancient furnitures and many cozy details. The holiday apartment "Stoana Apt 2-5" in Valle Aurina creates an enjoyable setting for your stay with an Alpine view. The 41 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided for a fee.
