Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Walk to Franco's Bistro for from Scratch Italian food, or Bob's Seafood for a fish taco! This is a piece of paradise on sweet Pettingill Pond in the heart of Windham.

Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Listen to the loons all day, paddle to an island, stare at the glassy lake from the breakfast nook, swim forever, read a book in the screened-in porch or toast marshmallows in the firepit, whichever it may be you'll simply enjoy the peace and tranquility of this very private Maine lake house nestled in the woods. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.
