Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In der Nähe des Restaurants Europa (hervorragende Qualität!) liegt die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk eines Zweifamilienhauses aus den 1920er Jahren. Das Haus ist freistehend und verfügt über ein privates Grundstück mit Garten, auf dem geparkt werden kann. Es ist nicht nur ideal für Sommer- und Winterferien, sondern auch als Zwischenstopp für längere Reisen aufgrund der Nähe zur österreichischen Grenze und zur Brennerautobahn.

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Das Apartment ist unsere Zweitwohnung, komplett ausgestattet mit einer Küche und allem Zubehör. Der Eingang zum Apartment ist auf der Rückseite vom Gebäude! Dadurch kann man direkt zum Eingang fahren, obwohl die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist!

Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

The farm "Woldererhof" is in the hands of the Gasteiger family since 1912 and welcomes its guests at the edge of the forest of the recreational area Mareiter Bach. The surrounding area invites you to take relaxing walks in the beautiful South Tyrolean mountain landscape. The modern apartment "Lichtung Woldererhof Auszeit" awaits its guests in the three-valley community of Ratschings, where hospitality and tradition are lived. The region is worth a visit at any time of year.
