Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The house is located 20 m from the sea and the beach. it has 3 bedrooms and a large balcony 3 x 8 m, with open sea view. Each room has a sea view. There is a grill in the yard. There are several restaurants nearby and market for basic necessities. There is olso the beach restaurant and cafe. In the center , 2 km away there is a doctor, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, bank, rafting on the river Cetina, boats for trips to nearby islands, etc.
