Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is located in Deoklecijan's Palace in the heart of Split. Obligation of the landlord (me) to register every guest staying in the apartment in the evisitor system in order to have a legal stay in the Republic of Croatia (required by Croatian law). I ask the guests during their stay in the apartment to fill out a form so that I can register then in the evisitor.
