Spend the days boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Watch breathtaking sunsets from the porch swing, hot tub or dock, and cap the nights off in our game room. Minutes from hiking and biking trails at the Uwharrie National Forest, Morrow Mtn State Park, vineyards, antiques and waterfront dining.

Nestled on top of Woodsong, a 15-acre Nature Reserve. Started 25 years ago to protect the native plants and wildlife in our area. A cozy stay for couples and adults to relax and reconnect in nature. The studio apartment is fully equipped to give you a peaceful vacation feel. Grill out under the hanging nite lights. Unwind at the fire pit. Cuddle up with epic sunsets! Stargaze! Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Phoenix Tiny House at Badin Shores Resort

Phoenix is a unique “bicycle themed” tiny house with a beautiful view of Badin Lake and the Uwharrie National Forest. It has tongue and groove walls and ceilings, 1 bedroom downstairs, and a 400 sq foot screen porch/deck. Badin Shores Resort offers lots of amenities for a fun vacation…pool, playgrounds, beach, marina, putt-putt, fishing pier, boardwalk, as well as gravel and road riding nearby for cyclists. Create memories year after year at this quaint bungalow with deep water & a dock! Floaties & kayaks provided, nature preserve in the cove, fire pit, WFH setup & the best sunsets! This property is unique as it’s in Jacob’s Creek cove on LKT where boat and jet ski traffic is little to none. The cove also has a nature preserve where you’ll see wood ducks fly in, blue herons raise their chicks each year, ospreys hunt in the evening and you can kayak to see beavers!

Badin Lake House

Nestled within the Uwharrie National Forest, this lakefront 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is the perfect setting for your next getaway. Boasting multiple decks, a full kitchen, and a prime location, this property is well-equipped for a trip full of relaxation and recreation. Take in the views while you sip your coffee before strolling down to the shore for a fun-filled afternoon on the water. The property includes 2 adult and 2 kid kayaks for use during your stay.

Downstairs includes 1 King bedroom and a 2 Twin XL bedroom that share a large bathroom. Upstairs is the Master with a King bed and bathroom. Large flat yard for games or grilling. Float pad, floats, life vests and kayaks included.
