If you need to do laundry, you’ll appreciate the LG front loading washer and dryer (and detergent) in the laundry room. Our home is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a beautiful backyard, you’ll enjoy the large swimming pool, chaise lounge chairs, a new grill, outdoor couch, umbrella, and an outdoor dining table and benches. There is a two car garage available for you to park your car or rental. Grab a new JUMP bike by UBER for nearby trails or take for a quick ride to a spring training game. This house has been designed to enjoy the natural landscape. Most walls can slide open to have an indoor/outdoor feel. The house has black out drapes for privacy. The entire property is available for this rental. We ask that all guests be careful walking around the property as cactus are numerous. Please leave no trace on the grounds and respect the desert and the wildlife. I am available to answer any questions that you have. The property is in an area that resembles being inside the park. Your retreat begins as you leave paved roads onto desert roads composed of decomposed granite (DG) to get to the property. The house guide provides an overview of day hikes in the park. Please ask for any recommendations if you are interested in hiring a private chef to cook a high desert inspired meal, yoga instructor to teach a class or massage therapist to visit the property during your stay. A vehicle is necessary to get around the area. The home comes complete with Waterworks fixtures, Ann Sacks tile, and locally sourced items and furniture. Art by Jim Olarte. Not formally trained in Architecture, Andrew designed the exterior and interior for Boulder2Sky. Mark's family helped in building items such as the fire pit, the gate and some beds.
