The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. The apartment has a queen bed, pull out couch, kitchen, closet, bathroom, and desk. We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. Our place is about 15 minutes from town; shopping, grocery and restaurants. We are 20-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks, canoeing, hiking, etc. Certificate #00989

There is a full size porch on the front and back for you to enjoy your complimentary coffee/tea/ cocoa, while listening to the birds or watching the wild life. We are conveniently located between historical Nelsonville and the Hocking Hills. Along with Wayne National Forrest just down the road, and the Hocking River for canoeing or kayaking.

The LOWER LEVEL of our home is the perfect getaway in the Hocking Hills! 1300-sq.ft. 2 bedroom living space includes a secluded patio and backyard with hammock, comfy furniture and outdoor dining as well as our sparkling clean hot tub. Walk to the 18-hole golf course and pub, or take a 15-minute drive to state parks including Old Man's Cave. OU is 20 min. on 33. No bonfires.

Featuring hand-hewn beams and original flooring, our property is on a quiet country road surrounded by trees, a fire pit overlooking the valley, and a hot tub to relax in after a long day of exploring the region. We offer a small charcoal grill, covered porch, an indoor propane fireplace. Room for up to 6 guests.
