Excellent starting point for numerous hiking trails. Also available a small outdoor courtyard. In the immediate vicinity is the Archaeological Mining Site of Molinette, Monte Forato, the karst complex of the Antro del Corchia as well as the Mines of the Silver.

Appartamento di 60 mq totalmente ristrutturato e arredato a fine maggio 2018 in stile marino. Composto da zona giorno open space, camera matrimoniale e cameretta con 2 letti, bagno con doccia con cromoterapia, secondo bagno di servizio, ampio balcone e garage privato. Situato in zona molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde, dista 5/10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Presenti wifi, smart tv con Netflix, aria condizionata, microonde, piano cottura a induzione, phone, biciclette, ecc.

THE BOHEMIAN ATTIC.

L'appartamento è un progetto mio e di mio fratello. Abbiamo curato la ristrutturazione di persona realizzando artigianalmente gli arredi. Si trova all'interno della cinta muraria di Lucca, con soffitti ad oltre 3 metri e doppi affacci che rendono lo spazio decisamente luminoso. Possiede un piccolo balcone e un caminetto decorativo (non utilizzabile per regolamento cittadino). E' un attico e si trova al 3° piano di un edificio storico, non possiede ascensore.

Un angolo di relax in centro storico(dentro le mura) affacciato sui caratteristici giardini fioriti. Appartamento con aria condizionata ovunque, molto luminoso, confortevole, spazioso, super accessoriato, arredato con charme e particolare ricerca dei dettagli. E' situato in una zona strategica, molto ben servita da negozi, caffè-pasticcerie, ristoranti, noleggi biciclette,...E' un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutte le meraviglie di Lucca.
