Kick off your boots and enjoy a one of a kind, newly renovated, & professionally designed cozy cabin across from the Bitterroot River, a blue ribbon trout stream! Better yet, grab a pole to test your luck with some fishing. How about a bike ride from the cabin taking you along the river to the historic downtown Stevensville, Montana's oldest town home to small shop boutiques and delicious local foods. For snow lovers, we’re minutes away from the spectacular Lolo pass, and Lost Trail ski areas.

Modern Tiny House with Spectacular Views

Located about 40 min south of missoula in Stevensville MT. Newly finished tiny home with high end finishings. Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

The guest house is spacious, comfy and cozy with A/C. A fully stocked kitchen with open living room. Your own BBGrill. Don’t feel like cooking, 6 miles to Florence offering breweries-restaurants or a pizza place (Bears Lair will deliver).Turkeys and deer meander through. Property is on 2.3 acres at the end of the road and borders 25 acres.

This home is located at the end of a private well-maintained country road that offers solitude and privacy for those wanting to get away from it all. Step onto the back patio and enjoy the majestic 180' view. You will also find a wooden stump-lined path to Stump Henge Lookout where the vista of the Mountains is a favorite spot to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Wildlife such as deer, turkeys and quail abound while bald eagles soar overhead.

The Sheep Camp - Seculsion with Western Charm

Whoa! Kick off your boots and stay awhile... The Sheep Camp is located smack dab in the middle of a working ranch. Lean over the pole fence and watch the cows and calves grazing with the spectacular Bitterroot mountain range in the distance. Late at night listen to the coyotes yapping in the distance. In the winter, deer and elk are often seen browsing nearby. My dad built the Sheep Camp and it is filled with many antiques and relics that he cherished. I am sorry, pets are not allowed.

Charming and rustic cabin on the Bitterroot River. Walk down and fly-fish off the bank. Float from town right to the property. Best duck hunting with natural blinds. Have your morning coffee in the hot tub looking out at the mountains and the Bitterroot Valley. BBQ on the deck and watch the sun go down every night. Lots of light and large windows to see the scenery. Only 20 miles to Missoula and Hamilton, Montana. (We love dogs, but please do not just bring your pet -- inquire first please.)

Welcome to Our Cozy Mountain Guest House Nestled on 10 private acres on Sunset Bench in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana, this 800-square-foot guest house is just five years old, offering a modern and fresh retreat with all the comforts of home. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, it features one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-concept living area with everything you need for a memorable stay. Located just a 10-minute drive from town, it is easily accessible while offering peaceful seclusion.

Cozy Cottage overlooking the Bitterroot Valley

This fun cottage is located on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley, bordered on three sides by state land, so there is room to hike. A 10 minute drive brings you to the Bitterroot River, known for its excellent fly fishing. Across the valley are numerous trail heads that lead into the Bitterroot Mountains. By renting with us, guests agree to the terms of the contract. 2 night minimum stay. No animals allowed due to pet dander that is difficult to remove, and severe allergies to it.

Stevi House

Just 30 minutes south of Missoula, this brand new build is located in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley. This house sleeps 8 comfortably, has a fully equipped kitchen, ping pong table, washer and dryer, bbq grill, high speed internet. For the outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails within 10-15 minutes, 5 minutes to a local golf course and a little over an hour to skiing and hot springs. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!
