A 10-minute walk gives you access to many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO, and more! Only a 5 minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets. The property includes a parking spot but is also steps away from an OC Transpo Bus stop. There is a friendly dog that lives on the premises.

This cozy cottage is located directly on the waterfront on the Ottawa river in front of Mohr island. It's perfect for a couple or small family retreat away from the city. You can relax by the water on the deck in the hot tub, take an adventure in one of the kayak’s or enjoy a campfire while watching the stars with the supplied firewood. A canoe and two kayaks with 4 lifejackets are available for guests and are included with your rental. Unfortunatly our place is not dog friendly.

It is a great space for those needing a local place to stay or tourists wanting access to nature. We are steps away from activities such as walking, cycling, ATVing, skiing, snowmobiling can on the nearby Algonquin Trail. We are just 30 minutes from world class downhill skiing and whitewater rafting.
