Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Delux holiday home with swimming pool, situated on a hilly terrain in the small place Kucine, 5 minutes from Split, has a panoramic view on the sea and the area. The plot is hidden from views and has its own access road leading to the automated gate. The house comprises three storeys with 2 spacious terraces. There are 3 outdoor dining spaces and one of them is on third spacious terrace that is connected with bocce field. On the ground floor there is a large living room, ideal for socializing.

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

My Traditional Croatian Villa 190 m away from the sea is in residential, very quiet area of Split and can accommodate up to 10 people. Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Villa DalMare Split offers accommodation in Split for up to 8 persons. Our guests can enjoy the private hydro massage swimming pool as well as garden, BBQ and outdoor terrace with seating area. On the ground floor villa features new, modern and spacious air-conditioned kitchen, dining and living area. On the first floor villa features 4 spacious bedrooms each with its own air-conditioning. Two bedrooms have direct exit to the south terrace on the first floor.

This pretty holiday home comprises two accommodation units connected by internal stairs. The house is nicely and functionally furnished and is perfect for relaxing holiday of two families. The outdoor pool and all other amenities are for your use only (exclusively). Our Villa is located in a quiet urban neighbourhood and some restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The closest beach is around 350 m away from the Villa.
