Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

I sovrummet dubbelsäng o bäddsoffa som blir 1.20-säng. tv m Chromecast. Väldigt lugnt område, nära till både bad, affär, mysiga caféer. 15 min promenad till fin badbrygga. Barn är välkomna att använda studsmatta. Två uteplatser, en lite skuggigare för varma dagar.

Sjötömt vid naturreservat, Studio med pentry

För dig som vill bo lugnt och vackert. 25 kvm studio fördelat på sovrum med 180 cm dubbelsäng, pentry/kokvrå och rymligt badrum. Lägenhet ligger separat i en sjövilla i mycket fridfulla kvarter. Från studion är det ca 10 meter till husets badbrygga och 500 meter till Tyresta nationalpark. I trädgården finns pool och soldäck som delas med övriga boende i huset. Möjlighet finns att hyra kajak och cykel. Fri parkering på tomten och bussförbindelse i närheten, ca 1,5 mil till centrala Stockholm.

Wifi is slow. Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Bed linens & towels included. TV (chromecast) is added recently. It is located in a quiet villa area, close to a lake and forest. Easy access to public transport, bus stop is just a few hundred meters away, it takes approx 20-30 min to the city. Easy connection to Arlanda airport. Self-check in.

Slussen, the gateway to Stockholm City and many of the city’s most popular attractions, is just 15 minutes away by one of several frequent bus lines. From there, it’s only a short 5-minute walk to the charming Old Town, Gamla Stan.

Lugnet i skogen

Boendet ligger mycket naturnära. De vilda djuren, tillgången till skogen och lugnet är fantastiskt. Samtidigt är det bara 5 minuter, så är du på motorvägen mot Stockholm (1 tim.), Trosa (20 min) eller Nyköping med Skavsta flygplats (30 min). Chansen att se vilda djur här är nästan 100%, mest hjortar. Vill ni vara säkra på att se älgar, vildsvin etc. kan vi rekommendera en vilddjurspark på Öster malma, bara 20 min härifrån.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
