Detta härliga ljusa hus med vackra detaljer är perfekt för den stora familjen eller kompisgänget. Det finns gott om sällskapsytor och totalt 5 sovrum fördelat på två våningsplan. Huset har ett stort badrum med badkar/dush på övervåningen och en mindre toalett på nedre plan. I köket finns tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. På sommaren finns uteplats i den lummiga trädgården. Det är gratis att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset. I huset finns två uppsättningar av babysängar, stolar samt lite leksaker.

Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Vi värnar om våra gästers integritet och gör vårt bästa för att ni ska känna er ostörda under vistelsen. Vi finns tillgängliga om ni behöver något – annars håller vi en låg profil och låter er njuta av er tid i lugn och ro. På bilderna ser ni hur de två husen ligger i förhållande till varandra.

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Stylish & quiet apartment. No cleaning fees!

This is a terrific apartment located in a very quiet building and area. There are great grocery stores as well as a few, simpler restaurants within walking distance. When you want to enjoy all that Stockholm has to offer, the metro is within a 10-15 minute walk and the train will take you to the city center in 15 minutes. Easy and flexible check-ins and check-outs. No cleaning fees or additionals.

Det finns tillgång till tvättmaskin under längre vistelser, enligt överenskommelse.
