It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Newly transformed from a 4-bed to a more private 2-bed, this bright, Scandi-inspired apartment has direct access to its own spacious terrace with a fantastic sea view. I live in the apartment above with my dog Luna, and am happy to help without disturbing our dear guests. For those relaxing swimming sessions, the clear, blue sea is only 150m away. To enjoy local cuisine there's a 5 min walk to the idyllic fisherman's village, where apart from restaurants, you'll also find a small grocery store.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
