In a freshly renovated old Stone Town building, we offer 5 furnished studios with shared kitchen. All units are spacious, have good light, are well ventilated, and offer a nice view of the still authentic neighbourhood. They are renovated and furnished to a high standard, and each studio has a modern bathroom. Solar electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The monthly rent includes weekly room cleaning, and use of the washing machine. Please ask for prices for long therm rent.
